cino94 employs strict age verification procedures. You may be required to submit a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), driver's license, or passport before making withdrawals. Failure to provide valid age verification documentation will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though some methods may take up to 15 minutes during high-traffic periods.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. cino94 reserves the right to reject deposits or return funds if we suspect the deposit source does not match the account holder's identity.
Withdrawals can be made to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 require identity verification. You must complete KYC verification before your withdrawal request can be processed. cino94 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or suspicious withdrawal requests.
To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place at least Rp 500,000 in total bets before you can withdraw your remaining balance.
cino94 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same calendar month may incur a processing fee of 1.5% of the withdrawal amount, subject to a minimum fee of Rp 10,000.
All transactions on cino94 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept foreign currency deposits, and all winnings are paid out in IDR.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at cino94's sole discretion. To be eligible for bonuses, you must have a verified account in good standing. Only one bonus can be active per account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, a Rp 200,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered for a total of Rp 2,000,000 before any winnings can be withdrawn.
Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:
While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per game round is Rp 50,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding the maximum bet limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
All bonuses expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
cino94 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated betting with other players, betting on opposing outcomes to artificially meet wagering requirements, or any other behavior designed to exploit promotional offers.

Players found engaging in prohibited activities will have their accounts permanently suspended and all funds forfeited.
All games on cino94 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes. Game results are final and binding. cino94 does not accept disputes based on Player dissatisfaction with outcomes, unless a technical error can be proven.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure, cino94 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If a malfunction causes incorrect payouts, cino94 reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting account balances.
cino94 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. We may also cancel or void bets if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or rule violations.
For sports betting, including football betting (bandar bola) and markets such as mix parlay (accumulators), the following rules apply:
cino94 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
